My job as an attorney is to protect the interests of my clients and give them full and frank advice on how the law affects them.

I was first licensed in Hawaii in 1975 and licensed in Florida in 1976. I have been practicing law here in the Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake area since 1977. I handle cases involving personal injuries, general civil litigation, criminal law, traffic, DUI's, and conservatorship and guardianship actions. I also handle non-litigation matters such a real estate, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, business law, and elder law. I have taught other attorneys required courses for certification as Guardians ad Litem in adult guardian and conservatorship matters.
